Another fun nail trend to try is shatter polish. I've read tons of reviews and settled on OPI shatter. I've had the best success with the black shatter - it looks great under hot pink polish! It also comes in silver, turquoise, blue, navy, red, white.
My favorite makeup line, Urban Decay makes adding color easy. Grab a tube of their award winning eyeshadow primer in Greed (shimmery gold color), pick up their Fun Palette which is packed full of brightness, and make sure you remember a makeup setting spray (it really works!
